Power Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team, specializing in contract and permanent recruitment for senior-level positions across manufacturing, industrial, and technical sectors.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role. You will work closely with our Account Managers and client-facing team to source, engage, screen, and present qualified candidates for active client requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting experienced professionals, senior individual contributors, supervisors, managers, and specialized technical talent within manufacturing and industrial environments. You should be comfortable interpreting complex job descriptions, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and managing multiple searches simultaneously.

This role focuses on recruitment delivery and successful placements. It does not involve business development or acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit for senior-level contract and permanent positions across manufacturing, industrial, engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations.
- Source candidates for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Engineering Managers, Plant Managers, Production Managers, Maintenance Managers, Quality Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Senior Buyers, Production Planning Managers, Project Managers, and other specialized technical and leadership positions.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct in-depth screening calls to assess technical expertise, leadership experience, career progression, communication skills, compensation expectations, and overall suitability.




- Interpret complex job descriptions and identify candidates with the right combination of technical knowledge, industry experience, and leadership capabilities.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified senior-level manufacturing and industrial professionals.
- Conduct candidate outreach and engagement, including approaching passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and the client-facing team with clear summaries of their experience, suitability, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support contract placements, assignment extensions, and ongoing recruitment requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, submissions, interview stages, and placement details in Zoho Recruit.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs relating to candidate outreach, screening calls, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Stay current with manufacturing industry trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and in-demand technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.
- Experience recruiting for senior-level, professional,



technical, or management positions.
- Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, supply chain, or operations recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for contract and permanent positions is an asset.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing functions, organizational structures, technical roles, and leadership positions.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and qualification skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to meet measurable recruitment targets while maintaining submission quality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate ATS documentation.
