While reporting to the Property Manager, your responsibilities are hands-on and the job is very active. Proactivity, quick learning, organization, and time management will be crucial.

Some of your duties will include:

- Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with tenants
- Managing mobile home park with 119 pads
- Treatment plant operation and maintenance
- Lawn care and hedge trimming
- In-ground plumbing repairs
- Indoor and outdoor repairs and maintenance
- Backhoe operation
- Snow removal
- Distribution of rent increases and collection of rents
- Enforcing park rules
- Interviewing prospective tenants

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1 year+ experience as a Resident Caretaker or Building Manager
- Customer service focus
- Quick learner
- Basic knowledge and application of all trades and mechanics




- Adequate English language ability in both oral and written communication
- Physically fit condition - able to lift heavy objects, operate machinery and tools, and perform site maintenance and repairs
- WHMIS certification preferred
- Wastewater Treatment Plant certification/experience preferred
- Relocate to Misson, BC and live in office

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
