Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Production & Costing Assistant to join our Global Sourcing & Production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with preparing and maintaining costing sheets and costing charts.
- Enter and update fabric, trim, packaging, labor, and other component costs.
- Follow up on costing information and maintain accurate costing records.
- Track samples, approvals, production status, and delivery dates.
- Review production information to ensure it follows approved specifications.
- Prepare and organize production and costing documentation.
- Support the sourcing and production team with daily administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in apparel, fashion, production, costing, or a related field is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Apparel industry experience with costing, fabrics, trims, or production is preferred.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
