We are looking for a Store Manager for our Cloverdale location who is energetic, personable and excited to grow with us.

No management experience? No problem!

We are willing to train the right person. While previous management or sales experience is an asset, it is not required.

What You'll Do

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for helping create an amazing experience for our customers while leading and motivating your team.

Your role will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service




- Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming workplace
- Coaching and motivating your team
- Helping your team achieve sales goals
- Learning our products, equipment and services
- Maintaining high store standards and cleanliness
- Handling daily store operations
- Helping with scheduling, opening/closing and other administrative tasks
- Leading by example and creating a fun, positive team environment

Store Manager –Cloverdale Location

Full-time | In person

Must be available weekdays between 10 AM–5 PM and be willing to cover evenings and weekends when needed.

If you're someone who brings a great attitude, a smile and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Previous management experience is not required. We're looking for the right person and will provide the training you need to succeed.
