Wosler Diagnostics is urgently seeking a reliable, skilled, and compassionate Female Ultrasound Chaperone to join our team in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.

Position Details

- Location: 159 Cobequid Rd, Suite 203, Lower Sackville, NS B4C 2N1
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus one weekday evening, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Hours: Approximately 11 hours per week
- Start Date: Immediate – as early as next week

Job Responsibilities

- Be present in the examination room while a male sonographer performs endovaginal (EV) ultrasound examinations.
- Remain seated during examinations to provide a professional and reassuring female chaperone presence.
- Help ensure patient comfort, dignity, and privacy.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols.
- Follow clinic chaperone procedures and document your attendance
- Check in patients, help book appointments,



take payments and prepare needed documents.
- Keep exam rooms stocked and ready between patients.

No ultrasound scanning or medical procedures are required. This is primarily an observational and patient-support role.

Ideal Candidate

- Some medical or healthcare background preferred (nursing students, medical students, healthcare assistants, or related experience).
- Comfortable being present during sensitive medical examinations.
- Professional, compassionate, reliable, and punctual.
- Available Saturdays and one weekday evening.
- Must be available to start immediately or as early as next week.
