Summary:

We are actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for the picking department to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for those with a robust background in warehouse operations, a strong work ethic, and the capability to manage detailed tasks precisely.

Shift schedule:

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

5 days per week; Weekends mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily picking operations during the afternoon shift to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead shift opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are properly assigned, completed, and handed over.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to assign picking tasks, monitor order progress, and track operational performance.
- Monitor individual employee productivity and ensure all pickers meet established performance standards.
- Ensure the department achieves its daily KPIs, productivity targets, and order volume requirements.
- Prepare and manage employee schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor work progress throughout the shift and adjust task assignments as needed to meet operational deadlines.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.




- Address daily operational issues, employee performance concerns, and workflow challenges.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous hands-on warehouse picking experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in another warehouse management role is required.
- Hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of warehouse picking processes, productivity standards, and daily KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage employee performance.
- Experience with employee scheduling and daily workforce planning.
- Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.
- Must be available to work the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
