- Support daily operations across the warehouse, distribution area, and outdoor yard, assisting with general labour, mechanical tasks, material handling, and equipment operation.
- Help keep work areas organized and safe while supporting the movement, storage, and preparation of materials for shipment.
- This is a hands-on role suited to someone with warehouse, construction, mechanical, or yard experience who is comfortable with physical work and changing priorities.

Duties:

- Draining vehicles engine oil and fuel / coolant, remove batteries,
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including checking, staging, and organizing incoming and outgoing materials.
- Load and unload products, supplies, and equipment using appropriate tools and safe handling practices.
- Perform order picking and prepare materials for dispatch, using an order picker or other equipment when trained and authorized.
- Operate a forklift, clamp truck, crane, or other heavy equipment when qualified and assigned.
- Move, sort, and stage materials throughout warehouse and yard areas to support warehouse distribution.
- Use a warehouse management system to locate items, record movements,



and update order or inventory information.
- Assist with basic mechanical tasks, equipment checks, and general upkeep of tools and work areas.
- Support yard organization, including arranging materials and maintaining transparent access routes.
- Follow site procedures for equipment use, material handling, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Help mechanic when needed

Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience is an asset; experience in warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, or order picking is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and construction experience are helpful but not required.
- Experience using an order picker, forklift, crane, clamp truck, or other heavy equipment is an asset. Required equipment must only be operated by trained and authorized workers.
- Familiarity with a warehouse management system is an advantage.
- Able to perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions and work cooperatively with a team.
- Willing to work in warehouse and outdoor yard conditions and adapt to changing operational needs.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
