Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing manual tasks to support various construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work sites and handling basic tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Operate basic tools and equipment as required (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively





Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
