SHELDON CREEK DAIRY FARM STORE · LORETTO, ONTARIO
Retail Store Manager
Help lead one of Ontario’s most distinctive farm stores
Our farm store is a destination. Alongside our own milk in glass bottles, fresh yogurt, kefir and creamery butter, our shelves are bursting with products made right here in Canada. People drive out to Loretto to stock up, discover something new, and enjoy a real farm experience they can’t get at the supermarket.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Retail Store Manager who will dig in, take great care of our customers, lead the team, and help us create an amazing store together.
Who we’re looking for
Someone who treats the store like it’s their own. You notice what needs doing and make sure it gets done, without waiting to be asked. You’re happy to roll up your sleeves on a busy Saturday, and you bring the team along with you.
You’re also a team player. You’ll work closely with us, share ideas, and talk things through, so we build the store together. Ownership and collaboration, both.

Why this role is worth a look
- Products you’ll be proud to sell. We were Canada’s first A2 non-homogenized milk producer, and we still bottle in glass. Add a store full of Canadian-made products, and customers seek us out.
- A true leadership role. You’ll lead the retail team, coaching and guiding them, setting clear expectations, and helping each person do their best work.
- Busy, varied days. Beyond the store, you’ll plan seasonal displays and promotions and help run farm events throughout the year.
- A growing family business. Our group includes Sheldon Creek Dairy, Alliston Creamery (Golden Dawn butter) and Haanview Farms. As the retail side grows, so does this role.
- A third-generation farm. The den Haan family has farmed here for three generations. You’ll be part of a close team that cares about doing things well.

Keep the shelves right
- Manage retail inventory, from products to bags and packaging
- Order from our production team and suppliers so we never run short
