What You'll Be Doing

- Customer Engagement: Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with customers while introducing them to our services and home improvement solutions.
- Customer Relations: Create a positive customer experience through effective communication, active listening, and a friendly approach.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customer interest and gather accurate information to support our customer engagement and appointment scheduling processes.
- Brand Representation: Represent Home Service Solutions with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellent customer experiences.
- Goal Achievement: Work toward individual and team objectives while contributing to the company's continued growth.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings to improve your communication, customer service, and professional skills.
