- Providing IT Technical services to clients and ensuring processes and procedures are aligned to the shared-services delivery model
- Providing operational support of the corporate infrastructure and maintaining various systems with the primary focus
- Providing Amazon,Azure and On-prmises systems setup, installation, configuration and maintenance including hardware, operating systems and applications
- Installing and repairing network infrastructure
- Testing and implementing updates including firmware,system patches and application upgrades
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, application and various IT equipment problems potentially engaging internal or external resources for solving complex problems
- Monitoring overall performance of the IT workplace and make recommendations for improvement
- Responding to incidents, requests for service and support,



and potentially coordinating resolution with internal or external resources
- Documenting and maintaining current systems, processes, and procedures
- Ensuring that ITIL methodologies including Change, Incident and Problem Management are an aspect of all infrastructure and system support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
