Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building robust relationships with customers, and guiding clients through the process of selecting kitchen solutions that meet their needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and home improvement products.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen and cabinetry solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Stay informed about product offerings,



industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Previous sales experience preferred; experience in cabinetry, kitchens, construction, or home improvement is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation may be required.
