We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to support each child's individual needs. A strong background in early childhood education, childcare, and experience working with diverse populations is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards to foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention and support to children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones.
- Create engaging activities that promote language development, creativity, social skills, and motor skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom workplace that adheres to safety and health regulations.




- Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities and school events that enhance the educational experience. .
- Use computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
- Uphold all policies related to child safety, confidentiality, and inclusive education practices.

Skills

- Proficiency in English
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings; classroom experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities or special needs.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support a diverse student population.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing lesson plans, assessments, and classroom materials.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Good time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Writing skills for documentation and parent communication purposes.
- Computer operation skills for record keeping and educational technology integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
