Responsibilities

- Operate the POS system and take dine-in, takeout, phone, and online orders
- Prepare food, including vegetable cutting, ingredient prep, and workstation setup
- Cook menu items, including BBQ/grill items, following recipes and quality standards
- Handle dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Work as part of the team to ensure smooth and productive service during busy hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens,



or the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly processes
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety regulations

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
