The successful candidate will have 10+ years of programming and software development experience in Java and/or Angular, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise application development, data analysis, Oracle database technologies, and accessible web application design.

The resource will be responsible for translating technical specifications into fully functional, tested applications; designing and implementing application enhancements; analyzing and resolving data-related issues; and supporting the development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with project teams in a rapid-paced public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Software Development Design, develop, implement, test, debug, and maintain enterprise software applications using Java and/or Angular.

Translate technical system specifications and business requirements into detailed programming specifications and working applications.

Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end user interfaces and back-end application components.

Implement application architecture, reusable components, and scalable software solutions.

Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and associated application services.

Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end APIs, databases, and supporting systems.

Apply established software development methodologies, coding standards, and design patterns.

Data Analysis, Database Design, and Data Management Analyze existing data records, identify inconsistencies, diagnose technical issues, and implement corrective solutions.

Design, develop, review, and maintain Oracle database structures and related database objects.

Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Participate in application deployment, configuration, migration, and release activities.

Accessibility and User Interface Development Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible web interfaces.
