This position is responsible for bagging feed, picking product for delivery, cleaning, backfilling other night positions (mixing and pelleting) as required.
Position Details: Hours are Sunday - Thursday 11:00PM to 7:00AM. Afternoons and nights may be required if ever backfilling other positions.
Position Responsibility:
- Filling of micro and tote stations
- Propper scanning of ingredients when dumping bags and totes
- Bagging product
- Knowledge on how to set up bagger and robot
- Ensuring feed tags are made in advance
- Staging product for delivery
- Operating the forklift
- Gain experience mixing and pelleting
- Communicating with the Mixer and Pelleter regarding product being made
- Following quality and HACCP procedures
- Following Health & Safety policy
- Other duties as assigned

- Meet regularly with direct supervisor
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational, staff and customer issues
- Be familiar with and adhere to the policies, procedures and processes of WFS
- Positively represent WFS to our customers and the community
- Cooperate with other WFS departments to share information and make productive use of resources
- Participate as a member of the WFS staff team and attend company meetings as appropriate
- Work in a safe manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Forklift certification required (will train)
- Self-motivated and a proactive problem solver
- Able to work well with members of various departments
- Able to lift 25kg feed bags repeatedly and climb equipment when required
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
