- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Process payments and operate cash handling systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper handling and storage
