We're looking for a friendly, polished and highly organized Showroom & Customer Experience Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and memorable showroom experience.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, has an eye for home design and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

You'll often be working independently, so we're looking for someone who is confident, resourceful and proactive, someone who can take initiative, manage competing priorities and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome showroom visitors and provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service.
- Assist customers with flooring selections, product information and general inquiries.
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure a positive experience and help move projects forward.
- Schedule in-home estimates, consultations and customer appointments.
- Process customer payments, including credit card transactions.




- Maintain accurate customer information, appointment schedules and lead tracking.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, documentation and coordination with other team members.
- Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, inviting and beautifully presented.
- Maintain product displays, samples and showroom materials.
- Support the team with additional tasks and projects as needed.

- An eye for design: You have a natural interest in interior design, home décor, renovations or flooring and enjoy helping customers bring their ideas to life.
- Excellent communication skills: You're comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone and through email.
- Computer proficiency:



You're comfortable learning new software and using everyday office technology.
- A team-first attitude: You're flexible, willing to pitch in and take pride in contributing to a small, growing business.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, showroom environments, home décor or interior design would be an asset, but is not required. We're happy to train the right person who brings a excellent attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to exceptional service.

What We Offer

- Wage range of $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn bonuses.
- A regular part-time schedule of approximately 3–4 days per week, including some Saturdays.
