**Field Support Analyst**

Calgary, AB | Full Time | Office and Client Sites

**$55,000 to $70,000 per year**

**Must live in Calgary. This is not a remote or hybrid role.**

403Tech is a Calgary based managed service provider supporting businesses across Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver since 2012. Our clients include property managers, mechanical contractors, and not for profits who count on us to keep their teams running.

**The Role**

You'll split your time between remote support from our office and hands on work at client sites. Some days you're at your desk, others you're visiting multiple clients. If you like variety and owning your work from start to finish, this role is for you.

You'll report to the Service Desk Team Lead.

**What You'll Do**

- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft technologies

- Handle intermediate and advanced incidents through to resolution

- Support equipment deployments, office moves, and project work

- Communicate clearly with clients about issues, fixes, and next steps

- Keep accurate documentation and update client knowledge bases





- Spot recurring issues and recommend long term fixes

- Work with Projects, Account Management, vendors, and the Service Desk team

**What You Bring**

- 3+ years of onsite support experience in a similar role

- Robust knowledge of endpoints, Microsoft technologies, networking, and hardware deployment

- Advanced troubleshooting and documentation skills

- Excellent client communication

- Strong organization and sound independent judgement

**Requirements**

- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Able to travel frequently to client sites

- Able to lift up to 25 kg occasionally

- Available for occasional after hours work

**Nice to Have**

- MSP experience is a strong plus

- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
