First District Mechanical is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

Our sales team is busy helping customers with their plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical needs, and we're looking for someone who can help keep the momentum going!

Your mission? Help turn outstanding quotations into approved jobs while making sure our customers receive a great experience along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

- Following up with customers: Pick up the phone, send emails, and connect with customers regarding outstanding quotations to help secure approvals.
- Keeping things moving: Stay on top of outstanding opportunities and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Supporting our sales team: Help our sales representatives with administrative tasks, customer communications, coordination, and whatever else they need to succeed.
- Staying organized: Track quotation statuses, customer responses, and follow-up activities in our internal systems.
- Building relationships: Be a friendly, professional point of contact who makes our customers feel valued.
- Making an impact: Bring ideas, take initiative, and help us continuously improve how we support our customers and sales operations.

- You're comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- You enjoy working with a team and celebrating successes.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or sales support experience is an asset, but not required.
