We deliver, service and remove portable toilets for construction sites, residential projects, festivals, weddings, private events, and emergency response efforts. During the summer season, we also supply and service handwash stations.

We pride ourselves on reliability, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and quick-thinking Dispatch & Billing Clerk to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

As our Dispatch & Billing Clerk, you’ll be at the centre of our daily operations, coordinating portable toilet deliveries, pickups, and servicing while ensuring customer accounts and billing are accurate and up to date.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires someone who can balance changing schedules with careful administrative work. You’ll work closely with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, equipment is tracked accurately, and invoices are processed correctly.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Logistics

- Coordinate Daily Routes: Schedule and dispatch drivers for portable toilet deliveries, pickups, relocations, and routine servicing.
- Manage Changing Priorities: Adjust routes and schedules to accommodate urgent service calls, last-minute customer requests, and unexpected delays.
- Support Drivers: Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, helping resolve on-site challenges and communicating job details and schedule changes.
- Track Equipment: Maintain accurate records of portable toilet locations, customer job sites, deliveries, removals, and service history.
- Communicate with Customers:



Respond to scheduling inquiries, confirm service details, and help ensure customer expectations are met.
- Coordinate Seasonal Equipment: Assist with scheduling deliveries, servicing, and removals of handwash stations during the summer season.

Billing & Administration

- Invoice Generation: Process accurate and timely billing for rentals, delivery fees, damages, and service calls.
- Account Management: Set up current customer accounts, verify rental contract terms, and close out accounts upon equipment removal.
- Data Entry: Maintain meticulous records of inventory locations (which toilets are on which job sites) using our dispatching software.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, route planning, logistics, or construction office administration preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dispatch/fleet routing software and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with both drivers and customers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and quickly rearrange schedules when unexpected issues arise.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
