Job Description:

Nomad Electric is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team.

This position will primarily consist of completing residential and commercial electrical work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: current construction rough-in and finish, service upgrades and panel swaps, installing and wiring generator panels and Generac systems, EV chargers, baseboard heating systems, as well as ductless heat pumps and HRV installations.

Our team does work across all counties of Cape Breton, must be willing to travel and stay overnight (up to a week at a time) when required. Lodging is provided.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License (with no major infractions)

Experience with conduit bending is not essential, but considered an asset





Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
