Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, creating a welcoming workplace for guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a clean and safe bar area. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. The position offers an opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while contributing to an enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS or similar systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts




- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and beverage preparation
- Assist in setting up for special events or promotions as required
- Handle cash register operations, including cashiering duties, accurately processing payments

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Hospitality-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $18.25-$30.42 per hour
