About Our Clinic

Prestige Chiropractic & Wellness is a modern, upscale chiropractic and wellness clinic in West Calgary, dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care in a professional and welcoming environment. Our contemporary clinic offers a premium patient experience, with a focus on quality care, rehabilitation, and long-term health and wellness.

As we expand our services to include physiotherapy, we're looking for a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our team as our founding physiotherapist.

This is an excellent opportunity to help establish our physiotherapy services within a growing clinic, with opportunities for internal referrals from our existing chiropractic patient base. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own patients, exercise your clinical judgment, and develop individualized treatment plans, while having the support of a modern clinic and the opportunity to collaborate with our chiropractic team when appropriate.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

- Earn a 45% employee fee split on completed treatments, based on our established clinical fee schedule.
- Compensation will be administered in accordance with applicable Alberta employment standards, including minimum-wage requirements.

Internal Referrals & Clinical Autonomy

Fully Equipped Clinical Space

- Dedicated physiotherapy treatment room equipped with an electric height-adjustable treatment table.
- Access to a dedicated gym and rehabilitation space for exercise-based treatment, functional movement, and active rehabilitation.
- JaneApp scheduling and charting software.
- Administrative support and direct insurance billing capabilities.
- A clean, contemporary clinical environment designed to deliver a premium patient experience.

Employee Support

- Part-time employee status, with payroll administration and applicable statutory deductions and employer contributions handled by the clinic.
- No responsibility for routine clinic operating expenses associated with the provided treatment space.

Our goal is to provide the resources and professional environment you need to focus on delivering excellent patient care while we manage the operational details.

Schedule & Hours

- Position: Part-time employee.
- Schedule: Two shifts per week, four hours per shift.
- Total: Eight scheduled hours per week.

Specific days and shift times will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the interview process. Additional hours may become available as the physiotherapy service grows and patient demand develops.

Qualifications

We're looking for a patient-focused physiotherapist who values clinical autonomy, takes pride in evidence-based care, and is motivated to contribute to a growing clinic.

Requirements:





- Current registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
- A valid practice permit authorizing independent practice.
- Professional liability insurance appropriate to the services provided.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- A commitment to professional standards and ongoing learning.

Experience & Additional Assets

- Previous clinical or private practice experience is an asset but not required.
- New graduates who meet Alberta registration requirements are welcome to apply.
- Experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, exercise therapy, or a multidisciplinary setting is an asset.
- Familiarity with JaneApp or similar electronic health record systems is an asset.
