✅ What You’ll Do

- Turn qualified leads into happy customers (and profitable sales).
- Run engaging in-home consultations, measure spaces, and recommend flooring solutions that fit.
- Set expectations and provide insight to homeowners on the installation process.




- Build strong relationships with Home Depot flooring teams in your assigned stores.
- Stay sharp and motivated with weekly virtual meetings and sales coaching with your Sales Manager.
- Travel locally with your own vehicle to consultations and partner stores.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- A sales pro at heart – you thrive in a performance-driven role.
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Outgoing, professional, and competitive — with a friendly “closer” mentality.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and tech-savvy with mobile tools.
- Flooring/design/renovation knowledge is a bonus — but not required.
- Able to pass a criminal record check.
