We’re growing our dream team — and we’re looking for one experienced Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist to join us.

The Role

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage mortgage files from lender commitment through fulfillment of all conditions prior to closing, ensuring smooth transactions and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and review client documentation per lender requirements
- Manage files from commitment to condition fulfillment
- Prepare signing packages
- Order and review appraisals
- Submit files to lenders and lawyers
- Ensure all conditions are satisfied prior to closing
- Maintain accurate records in Velocity and Zoho CRM

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years of mortgage industry experience (fulfillment preferred)
- Experience with Velocity or similar mortgage software




- Experience with Zoho CRM
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a paperless, tech-driven environment
- A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience

Assets: Zoho CRM, Velocity, Filogix, Microsoft O365, Kofax PDF Editor experience
