We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Runner for an entry-level role to learn how a real estate law firm operates. You will gain hands-on exposure to the banking and trust accounting side of real estate transactions, learning how client funds are securely processed in a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Bank Runs: Conduct bank runs from 12 PM to 5 PM to pay out client mortgages, bills, and legal expenses.
- Receipts & Couriers: Save banking receipts digitally and set-up couriers.
- LSO Compliance: Complete mandatory Law Society of Ontario (LSO) forms and reports.
- Admin Support:



Perform general administrative duties including printing, scanning, and filing.
- Confidentiality: Securely handle and maintain highly sensitive financial and client information.

Qualifications

- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Please note this position is full-time in office, and you must have a vehicle and valid insurance to complete daily bank runs.

Salary: $42,000.00
