Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas to promote a healthy environment
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs when necessary
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure consistent quality and compliance
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines

Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Robust attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying cleaning needs or potential hazards
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
