Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent: Industrial (Early Career) | Markham

Vanguard Northeast Realty Corp, Brokerage is an independent industrial brokerage working the northeast GTA: Scarborough, Markham and Richmond Hill. You’ll get real support and coaching, and you’ll build your own business.

The role
You’ll work alongside the Broker of Record on industrial leasing and sales, learning the business from the inside. We support you, coach you and help you grow, and you bring the drive to build your own pipeline.

What you’ll do

- Prospect and build relationships with landlords, tenants and investors
- Research submarkets and build market knowledge using modern AI tools
- Support tours, proposals, LOIs and deal modelling
- Own your pipeline through long sales cycles

You are

- Licensed with RECO (required)
- New to commercial real estate or early in your career, and hungry to build something




- Entrepreneurial, a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told
- Educated, sharp and detail-oriented
- Persistent in a relationship-driven, long-cycle business
- Based in Scarborough, North York, downtown Toronto, Markham or Richmond Hill
- Equipped with your own vehicle
- Mandarin is an asset
