Your Opportunity:

Acute Care Alberta (ACA) is looking for a energetic and results-driven Project Manager. As part of the Corporate Services team, you'll work alongside leaders and experts across the organization to deliver strategic projects that improve operations, support innovation, and create value for patients, providers, and the healthcare system. This isn't just another project manager role. It's an opportunity to influence meaningful change in a complex healthcare environment, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to organizational priorities that make a real difference. Success in this role requires a proactive, collaborative professional who is comfortable leading project activities, engaging stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and keeping multiple priorities moving forward. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent project management, relationship-building, and communication skills, you'll thrive in this role.

Description:

As a Project Manager with Acute Care Alberta's Corporate Services team, you'll be at the center of exciting initiatives that help shape how the organization works, grows, and delivers value. From turning strategy into actionable plans to leading projects that enhance ACA operations and support strategic priorities, you'll play a key role in helping ACA achieve its goals. No two days look exactly the same. One day you might be facilitating a working session with leaders and subject matter experts, and the next you're developing project plans, solving complex challenges, preparing executive briefings,

or accomplishing a major project milestone with your team. As the coordinator for assigned projects, you'll guide projects from concept to completion. You'll bring together diverse stakeholders, keep teams focused and energized, manage timelines and priorities, navigate risks, and ensure projects stay on track and deliver meaningful results. Your ability to connect people, build relationships, and create momentum will be essential to success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thrives in a collaborative environment, and loves seeing tangible results from their work. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, support organizational transformation, and contribute to initiatives that improve how ACA oversees acute care. We're looking for a planner, skilled communicator, and natural relationship-builder who is curious, adaptable, and energized by continuous improvement. If you're passionate about leading projects, working with great people, and driving positive change in a dynamic healthcare environment, we'd love to meet you.
