Mandel Realty Group manages short-term rental properties across Toronto. We are looking for independent turnover cleaners for our downtown Toronto properties, with steady, recurring work every week.

This is a contract position for cleaners who run their own cleaning business. This is not regular house cleaning. A turnover is a hotel-style reset between guests, done to a checklist, on a deadline, and it has to be right every time.

What the job involves:

- Cleaning and resetting the unit between guests to our checklist: full clean, laundry washed and beds made hotel-style, bathrooms and kitchen detailed, everything restocked and staged the way the photos show
- Working through our cleaner app for every job: the checklist, before and after photos, and the schedule all live in the app
- Counting inventory at every turnover (towels, linens, supplies) and reporting the counts in the app
- Picking up supplies or snacks for a stay when needed
- Running the maintenance checks on the list and flagging anything broken, damaged, or missing
- Occasionally preparing a unit for a special occasion (anniversary, birthday, early arrival)
- Confirming in the app each morning that you are on for that day's turnovers

How it works: turnovers happen in the late morning to afternoon window (roughly 11 AM to 4 PM), weekdays and weekends. First, we onboard you properly: we show you exactly what we need in the unit, then your first clean is a paid trial. If the trial goes well, you join the regular rotation.

not per hour: $70 to $110 per turnover depending on the size of the unit. A typical condo clean takes about 3 hours, so efficient cleaners earn $25 an hour or better

Requirements:

- This is contract work for cleaners who run their own business: you have your own clients, liability insurance, and WSIB coverage. We will ask for a WSIB clearance certificate before your first clean
- Cleaning experience required; hotel, Airbnb, or turnover cleaning experience is a strong asset
- A smartphone and comfort using an app for checklists, photos, and scheduling
- Available in the 11 AM to 4 PM window, including weekends
- Reliable and consistent: our guests check in the same day you clean, so showing up is everything
- A valid driver's licence and vehicle is an asset

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 15.0 per week
