The Holiday Inn & Suites Windsor is seeking a robust and dedicated leader to take sales to the next level as the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOS). Reporting to the General Manager, the DOS will be responsible for long range and day-to-day hotel sales, leading group revenue generation, driving strategic planning, and the overall management of both sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setting the sales and marketing strategy and delivering the Hotel's revenues expectations, including group rooms, banquets, catering, as well as support both business and leisure transients.

- Supporting the Hotel's marketing, digital marketing, social media, and communications activities;

- Support and coordinate sales efforts to ensure profits and maximized in line with set targets;

- Developing and executing department expense budget and forecasts;

- Developing and maintaining detailed and real-time knowledge of market activity;

- Leading, engaging, and developing sales team members, including performance development and career development plans;

- Overseeing all Group Sales, Catering Sales,



and Marketing efforts at the Hotel;

- Maintaining a high level of engagement with customers from all sales segments;

- Supporting the team's high-impact site visits and pre/post-convention meetings; and

- Responding to all sales leads or delegating within timeline protocols.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in hotel sales, ideally at a Director or Senior Sales Manager level.
- Opera or similar PMS experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of corporate, group, and transient sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident in managing change.
- Experience with IHG systems or brand is a strong asset.
