Overview

- The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing helping ensure products are prepared, packaged, and handled safely and efficiently.
- This hands-on role may involve standing for extended periods, following production schedules, and working in a quick-paced environment.
- Training is provided on site-specific procedures and equipment. Applicants should be prepared to follow workplace safety.

Duties

- Assist with production tasks according to established procedures.
- Package, label, and inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Operate production equipment and report malfunctions or unusual conditions to a supervisor.
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean.
- Move materials and finished products safely.
- Complete basic production records and measurements accurately.




- Follow safety instructions and work cooperatively with team members to meet production needs.

Skills

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.
- Attention to detail when inspecting, labeling, and packaging products.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording production information.
- Interest or experience in manufacturing is helpful.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with production equipment is a plus.
- Forklift experience is beneficial.
- Dependability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Pay: $19.50-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
