Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Pay: $23 to $25 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (flexibility with timings and shifts required)

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations. You will lead a team on the production floor, keep output on schedule, and make sure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging activities

Assign tasks, guide team members, and keep lines running efficiently

Meet daily production targets and deadlines

Monitor product quality and follow packaging, labeling, and compliance standards

Enforce workplace health and safety rules

Train recent team members and support their development

Handle scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage

Report production numbers, issues,



and delays to management

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Requirements:

Comfortable working in a cold environment (12°C to 18°C)

Flexible with work timings and shifts, based on business needs

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

Packaging or warehouse production experience

Previous experience supervising or leading a team

Knowledge of food safety, GMP, or quality standards

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
