Pay negotiable based on experience and ability level, starting at $48.00/hr plus Vacation/Stat Pay* for qualified, experienced people.

Previous experience as a lead hand or a foreperson is a must. We are looking for a person for larger projects, one who can communicate effectively with the trades and the G.C., organize manpower on site and ensure apprentices are performing their tasks correctly, prepare material lists for ordering in timely fashion, oversee layout for various piping systems, and attend trade meetings, handle subtrade questions, and handle the general day-to-day duties of the foreman on a large construction site.

Our ours of work are typically 9 hour days, 7 to 4:15 on Monday to Thursday, and, as long as we are ahead of schedule, 7 to 12:15 on Friday's, for a total of 41 hours a week.



If behind schedule then regular Friday hours are 7 to 3:15 (total of 44) until caught up.

After-hours or overtime work is uncommon, but does happen now and then, and we make all efforts to communicate this well in advance to the staff.
