Noblelift Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant Technician to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with multiple departments, and ensures smooth daily administrative functions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Quotations
- Prepare, issue, and track customer quotations.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain quotation logs and update internal systems.
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
- Manage account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Work closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial records.
- Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Organize documents, maintain filing systems, and support daily office tasks.




- Assist with reports, and communication across departments.

Qualifications

- Previous administrative or accounting support experience (preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with accuracy.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
