Compensation & Benefits
Option 1 – T4 Employment
- $24.50 per hour

Option 2 – Corporate Rate
- $27.00–$29.00 per hour
- Available to qualified applicants under an eligible corporate arrangement

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centred care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Observe and promptly report changes in residents' health or behaviour to nursing staff.
- Follow individualized care plans and directions from RNs and RPNs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures and LTC safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality resident care.
Qualifications
- Recognized Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to follow nursing instructions and established care plans.
- Willingness to complete required orientation and training.
- Ability to meet LTC onboarding requirements, including Vulnerable Sector Screening, TB screening, and required immunization records.
