- We are seeking a reliable Snow Labourer to help keep outdoor areas protected and accessible during winter weather. This hands-on role involves snow and ice removal.
- Work takes place outdoors in changing weather and may require early starts, extended shifts, or short-notice availability during snow events.
- Training and appropriate safety equipment are provided. Applicants should be prepared for physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Responsibilities
- Clear snow and ice from walkways, entrances, parking areas, and other assigned surfaces using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate snow-removal equipment safely and assist with equipment checks and routine maintenance.
- Keep tools, equipment,
and work areas clean and organized.
Experience
- Previous snow removal experience is not needed.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment maintenance is an asset.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work outdoors in cold conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- A valid driver’s license is not required.
Stand By Pay - Weekly stand by pay during periods with no snow.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
