Will be entirely responsible for operations as well as development. Sales experience required and in sales there can be a negotiation on profit share in addition to wages. You will be responsible for hiring staff,scheduling, customer satisfaction, bookings, grocery orders,light bookkeeping,training. Ultimately working hand in hand with the owner in developing.
