We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our busy general dental practice. Our office offers a wide range of services, including composite fillings, Invisalign, same-day CEREC crowns, dental implants, and sleep dentistry.

We are seeking a confident team player who excels at presenting treatment plans, building patient trust, and turning treatment recommendations into accepted treatment agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Confidently present and explain comprehensive treatment plans, fees, and payment options.
- Build patient confidence and establish treatment agreements that support patients in moving forward with recommended care.
- Address patient questions and concerns professionally and help patients understand the value of their treatment.
- Coordinate treatment appointments and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
- Collecting payment for treatments and cordinating insurance claims
- Educate patients about available dental procedures and help them make informed decisions.
- Work closely with dentists and the administrative team to ensure a smooth patient experience.




- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining an organized and efficient schedule.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a general dentistry office is required.
- Proven ability to confidently present treatment plans, build patient trust, and secure treatment commitments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees and payment options.
- Familiarity with Tracker, CEREC, and iTero is an asset; training is available for the right candidate.
- HARP certification is required.
- Qualified, dependable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
