Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning and custodial services, with proven leadership skills to oversee daily sanitation operations. This role is vital in ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment for all employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily custodial and cleaning activities across multiple areas of the facility.
- Develop and implement sanitation protocols to meet health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor custodial staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and equipment use.
- Monitor cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Address any sanitation issues promptly and efficiently, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Promote a culture of cleanliness, safety,



and teamwork within the custodial staff.

Experience

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is required, with a robust preference for candidates with supervisory or leadership roles.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in sanitation standards.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to train staff effectively on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
