Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dealership's lot is well-organized and that customers receive exceptional service. This position requires a strong focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Suitable for Summer Students

Duties

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Assist in managing vehicle inventory, including moving cars to designated areas for display or service.
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and directing customers to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.




- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Experience

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with dealership operations or automotive environments is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
