Leasing Operations Manager – GTA

RentBolt is a leading and rapidly growing residential leasing company, partnering with property owners and management companies across Ontario and Quebec.
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly organized, people-oriented Leasing Operations Manager to oversee our Greater Toronto Area (GTA) operations.
This position combines operations management, administrative oversight, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an excellent organizer, and a natural problem-solver who enjoys working with people while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise leasing agents.
- Coordinate property assignments, monitor leasing pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with property owners and management partners.
- Oversee property listings, rental applications, documentation, and lease coordination.
- Review and approve rental applications in accordance with client requirements.
- Resolve operational issues, support agents, and maintain high service standards.
- Implement processes, maintain accountability, and ensure productive leasing operations.




- Coordinate the onboarding of new properties and support continued GTA growth.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related operations role.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
- Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel throughout the GTA, with occasional evening and weekend availability.

OTE: $85,000 - $125,000 a year (between base salary, performance add-ons, and bonuses)
