We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Server to join our vibrant dining team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression and guiding them to their tables.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing personalized service to foster loyalty.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS or cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service flow.




- Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements during busy periods.
- Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
- Support and improve Social Media and Marketing

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience in fine dining or high-volume food service environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Experience with serving in nightlife venues like nightclubs or casual dining settings enhances your adaptability.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven approaches that boost revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction.
