Responsibilities
- Inspect hotel facilities and identify maintenance needs.
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Address mechanical and electrical issues within your capabilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests and communicate progress to relevant team members.
- Help keep guest areas and hotel facilities in valuable working order.
- Qualifications
- Relevant facilities maintenance or general maintenance skills.
- Practical mechanical knowledge.
- Electrical experience is preferred.
- Customer service skills are preferred when interacting with guests and coworkers.
- English communication skills are preferred.
