We are currently looking for a full-time Precision Grinder to join our team on the Afternoon Shift. The afternoon shift operates from 4:00pm - 2:00am, Monday - Thursday and does not rotate. The role will also include an hourly afternoon shift premium of $2/hour.

Role: Full-time, permanent

Salary: $30-$40/hour

What You’ll Do

- Load, unload, and set up parts and components on precision OD/ID/surface grinders.
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to accurately measure and maintain tolerances.
- Inspect parts and components and complete in-process quality checks.
- Use various hand tools.
- Ensure work is being done safely and effectively

What You Bring

- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Previous tool and die making experience
- Experience running a surface, OD, an/or ID grinder necessary
- Strong knowledge of tooling and machining




- 430A tool and die maker certificate of qualification OR 429A general machinist certificate of qualification considered a strong asset but not required
