Job Overview

The Ecommerce Associate will be responsible for managing online store operations by maintaining accurate product listings, monitoring inventory levels, processing customer orders and returns, and ensuring secure payment transactions. Supports sales growth through website updates, data analysis, market research, and collaboration with marketing and IT teams to enhance customer experience and optimize e-commerce performance

Job Duties

- Maintaining and updating website inventory.
- Processing customer payments and handling returns.




- Monitoring website traffic and analytics.
- Generating sales reports.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns.
- Updating website content as needed.
- Collaborating with other teams (e.g., marketing, IT).
- Conducting market research and staying updated on e-commerce trends.
- Ensuring accurate and appealing product listings.
- Analyzing website and sales data to optimize performance.
- Managing returns and exchanges.
- Ensuring payment transactions are accurate and secure.
- Collaborating with SEO specialists to increase organic website presence.
- Analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and product reviews.
- Estimating stock requirements and monitoring inventory levels
- Assists with other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

- Able to work in cold food areas
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 23 kg or 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for eight hours.
