PROSTAFF Employment Solutions is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Production Associates for our client in Windsor, Ontario.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing environment. Previous experience is an asset but is not required. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable performing physical work and following established safety procedures.

Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts are essential.

Shift Details

- Schedule: 12-hour continental rotation
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Rotation: Candidates must be available to rotate between days and nights according to the assigned schedule.

Position Responsibilities

- Perform general production, warehouse, and material-handling duties.
- Load and unload materials, products, and shipments.
- Palletize, stage, organize, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Supply production lines with the necessary materials.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Complete other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements





- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and availability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
