Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Previous restaurant experience, hospitality skills, and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued. The Server will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed, maintaining proper food handling and safety procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and breakdown
- Address guest inquiries promptly,



resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to uphold hygiene standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management preferred; barista or hotel experience is a plus
- Pro-Serve required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Leadership or supervising experience is advantageous for team management roles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is beneficial
- Hospitality background or restaurant experience is highly desirable
