The Role:

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Part-Time Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and cares about plate presentation, prep consistency, and station cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prep and execute menu items quickly and accurately during high-volume lunch and dinner services.
- Maintain strict standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Manage station set-up, stock levels, and breakdown before and after service.
- Adhere to all Ontario public health and food safety regulations (FIFO, safe holding temperatures, allergen awareness).




- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teammates to keep ticket times low and quality high.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on line cook experience in a high-volume pub, casual dining, or taphouse environment.
- Skills: Solid knife skills, and strong ticket-management instincts during a rush.
- Reliability: Punctual, accountable, and steady under pressure.
- Availability: Must have open availability for days, evenings, the odd weekend, and holidays.
- Certification: Valid Ontario Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
